| People in Geilo woke up to a beautiful, white carpet laying on the ground on the Saturday the 3rd of October. The forecast
predicts more snow in the coming days. The winter is coming around the corner! Svein Inge Øen from Geilo Vandrerhjem/ Øen Turistsenter has made way for cross country skiers in Budalen, which has about 6 km of slopes. The conditions have been reported as very good. Svein Inge plans to make way for skier to Prestholtseter as soon as more snow are arriving. During the winter Geilo ski resort can temp with 220 prepared cross country slopes in the area. 5 km is flood-lit tracks. For more information, please check out the local tourist information. |
