Engholm's Husky & Hostel is a different sort of place located close to the Karasjohka river. Own creativity and imagination have had free play in order to create a unique and personal atmosphere in each cabin. Beds, lamps, tables, chairs, shelves and other indoor equipments are built from materials found in the nature. There is also a nature library in the common house, with books about dog sledding, nature and culture in the North. Last but not least, there is a woodfired sauna and outdoor hot tub. The hostel also offers free wireless Internet zone in the cabins, and that serves breakfast and dinner on request. If interested, check with the hostel about their many activity packages. |
